We reply in English and Turkish, usually within a few days. When reporting a bug, it helps a lot if you include your device model, OS version, the game mode you were in, and a screenshot.

Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Drag block pieces onto the 8×8 board. Fill a complete row or column and it clears, scoring points. The game ends when none of your three pieces fit anywhere on the board. A short tutorial runs the first time you play.

What are the game modes?

Classic — the endless mode. Chase your high score.
Pulse — gravity pulls the board in a direction that rotates after every clear, creating chain reactions.
Adventure — hand-designed levels with move limits and specific goals, rated one to three stars.

I lost my progress after updating

Progress is stored locally on your device. It survives normal updates, but it is deleted if you uninstall the app or clear its storage. We cannot restore progress remotely, because no copy of it exists outside your device.

Why can't I get three stars on a level?

The first star is for completing the level's goal. The second and third stars are score thresholds. Using the "watch an ad to continue" option still lets you finish the level, but it closes off the third star for that attempt.

I watched a rewarded ad but got no reward

The reward is only granted if the video plays to the end. Closing it early — including with the X button — means Google reports no reward, and we cannot grant it. If the video completed and you still saw nothing, please email us with the approximate time and your device model.

How do I remove ads?

Blocko is fully free and has no paid ad-removal option or in-app purchases at the moment. Ads are what fund development. The only ad shown without your input is the banner; rewarded videos are always your choice.

How do I change my ad consent choice?

Open Settings inside the game and tap Privacy Options. This is shown to players in regions where a consent choice applies (EEA, UK, Switzerland).

The leaderboard is not working

The leaderboard uses Google Play Games and is Android-only. Make sure you are signed in — tap Leaderboard in the menu and accept the sign-in prompt. Only Classic-mode scores are submitted, and only when a game ends.

The game is slow or the device gets warm

Blocko targets a steady 60 frames per second. If you see stutter, try closing background apps. Please report persistent problems with your device model — we test on a limited set of hardware and these reports genuinely help.
